Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During high-demand periods or new drops, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination:

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Return Policy

We want you to love your NHH gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer free exchanges on all orders within the United States. Simply contact us at hello@nhhshop.com with your order number and the size you need. For international exchanges, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
